Jay Kolmar has experience negotiating, documenting, and closing a range of commercial real estate transactions including retail, industrial, office, and multi-family properties. He has closed billions of dollars worth of transactions, with experience facilitating land and property acquisitions and financing vehicles like construction loans and adjustable rate permanent loans.
